I've always been fascinated by technology and cybersecurity and am incredibly passionate about the field. Growing up as a military kid, I learned the values of duty, honor, independence, resilience, and adaptability, which have stayed with me throughout my adulthood and every endeavor I take on.

I developed a love for computers at a young age, thanks to my dad's Windows 3.0 computer. I would watch him closely as he typed in commands to let me play games, memorizing them so that I could play Chip's Challenge while he was at work. When I was 12, I won a computer in a contest, and that's when I started to explore what I could do, experimenting with HTML and gaining a deep understanding of how Windows worked.

After retiring, my dad began a cybersecurity career at NORAD, which fascinated me and sparked my desire to help protect organizations and individuals from cyber threats. During my 20s, my interest in PC gaming motivated me to delve into hardware and construct my current computer from the ground up.

My passion for cybersecurity stems from my love for technology and my strong desire to protect companies and individuals from cyberattacks. My diverse background has taught me how to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize important responsibilities. I'm excited to apply my strong work ethic, leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to a career in cybersecurity.

About Me

As a wife and a mother of four, I have always placed a high value on education and lifelong learning. Pursuing a college degree in Information Technology is not only important for me personally, but it is also a way for me to be a role model for my children, showing them that anything is possible with hard work and dedication.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I am also passionate about constantly improving my skills and knowledge, which has led me to explore new hobbies such as learning new coding languages, practicing Spanish, and exploring various artistic outlets like painting and graphic design.

Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of balancing my personal and professional life while pursuing my passions. I am excited to continue learning and growing both personally and professionally, while also inspiring my children and those around me to pursue their dreams and never give up on their goals.
